What Exterior Painting Covers
Exterior painting is painting the outside of the home. It may be requested on its own or discussed alongside other exterior work such as siding. Interior rooms are a separate service.
When Exterior Painting May Apply
Homeowners typically call when exterior paint looks worn, the outside of the house needs paint after other exterior work, or they want the exterior painted as its own project. We confirm the surfaces after looking at the home.
Painting and Siding
Exterior painting and siding are separate services. If siding is being replaced or repaired, painting the exterior may come up in the same conversation. We confirm what applies at the property.

"My wife and I highly recommend Barajas Construction. They removed bad siding, installed new and painted exterior of our home. There were not extra or over charges. The work was performed on time, as expected and finished in very timely. Cleanup well and helpers were polite and very industrious. Excellent work!"

"Great work!! I highly recommend Jesus and his crew for their awesome job. Jesus came out to give me an estimate and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He made everything very clear from the beginning and was true to his word and estimate. He even color matched my paint on my new siding and it looks wonderful. Great price and everything was done in a day and a half. My leaky roof and rotted chimney siding have never looked better."
